small room faulty shower
The room felt quite small. a double bed occupied most of it. there was a tv that wasn't working. the shower had only two settings. Way too hot or freezing cold.

unbeatable location helpful staff super clean surface quiet atmosphere
The location was unbeatable, directly behind the Shepherds Bush Market tube station. The staff were helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions with patience. The room was very clean and well-kept. I noticed fresh linens and super clean surfaces. I slept soundly due to the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. This contributed to a restful stay.
The accessible room had a step up from the side emergency door.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff were cute and helpful with all my questions. A little bar area was available for drinks and snacks. I thought it was a good option.
The air conditioning did not work that well, so the room was awfully warm.
